There are two pains in CrossFit. The pain of the WOD and the pain of regret. Which one is worse?

80's WOD will be Tuesday, July 10th. I'm giving plenty of notice, so start getting your 80's garb together. Nothing is off limits as long as all your bodyparts that are not for public consumption stay tucked away. Side ponytails, walkmans, legwarmers, Jams, headbands, neon, dolphin shorts, cutoff tees, etc. will be welcomed!

Tonight is the CFE nutrition lecture. If you're part of CFE, come learn about fueling for pre, during and post endurance events. 6:30 pm

CPR/AED class upcoming. Dates to be announced. If you are a coach, you MUST be CPR/AED certified but it's a good idea for anyone with kids, who works with kids, or other high-risk populations.  Stay tuned for details.

Saturday is Barbara and Jeff's CFTS Summer Outing babyshower at Longshadow Winery. Kid friendly! We did this last year and it was a lot of fun. They have a band, bullriding, carriage rides, etc. Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy some wine, friends and fun while helping Barbara and Jeff celebrate their soon-to-be-here new addition!

30. Tracy - you were one of the first people I met at our box and you were my partner on my very first WOD (walk to Wal-Mart with the bar).
